As shown above, Jo has achieved a rating of Meets for each of the 23 performance indicators, thus attaining full NETS*T certification.  For NETS*T certification, only the Meets level of achievement is required.  Further, the rubrics for the 23 performance indicators reflect criteria only for determining whether a submission should be rated as Approaching or as Meets.  There are no published criteria for the assignment of a rating of Exceeds; the assignment of this rating is left to the discretion of the individual Evaluator.
