Things to Consider, Part 1

The first question I asked was-- Do I want to do this?

Would becoming NETS*T Certified bring me a monetary reward– would there be a bonus in my pay check? The answer to that is NO.

Would it bring me power or career advancement? Well, you never know what the future holds, but at the time there was no indication that becoming certified would bring me anything more than a well done by friends and colleagues.

Maybe it would bring me acclaim, awards! Probably not.

So….since the rewards appeared to be intangible, what other things did I need to consider before making a final decision.
