The general concepts underlying the implementation of the statewide NETS*T project are very similar to those underlying the SVTC program.  For instance, just like in the SVTC program, the focus of the statewide program is on NETS*T certification.  The teachers upload artifacts and reflections to create an online portfolio, and trained evaluators go online to rate these submissions.
