| 1. | The focus of this rubric is to show how you manage access to technology resources within your classroom. The key is to demonstrate specifically how you arrange for the use of technology so that all students in your room get appropriate amounts of access and opportunity. Give evidence of specific rules or consistent practices employed to make sure that everyone receives fair, deserved, or appropriate amounts of access to experiences. |

Teacher provides extra time for two students to complete their computer activities for the day. Reflection describes that these students have reading difficulties and are not able to work at the pace prescribed for most of the class. While they do get more time at the computer than other students in the class, this special provision is a just solution. |
| 2. | Teacher uses a group rotation system during the day so that all students get the opportunity to use the SMARTBoard during instructional activities each day. Reflection discusses the procedure and how it is applied to ensure that students get comparable experiences and exposure to the technology employed. |
