Teaching math is challenging.  Learning how to engage the students as they learn the language of math takes much time and dedication.  Therefore, I have searched the web to support 5^th & 6^th grade math teachers, and I have designed a website to support technology integration within the classroom.  This website provides a year-long summary of math concepts.  Explore number sense, computation skills, measurement, geometry, probability & statistics, and algebra.  And keep the children interested with fun math sites which actually teach and test student understanding in a student-friendly way.   I hope you enjoy the lessons and the student activity sheets that I designed.  Send comments, corrections or concerns to Maria.Lewis@ccs.k12.va.us.
