- Make a story web with the center circle with
the name of the story or chapter of the story that was read. Then make
five circles radiating from this center circle. Each of these five circles
should have one of the parts of the SPORE strategy. Just write a word
or phrase in each circle. Do not use complete sentences.
- Put the information on the setting in one circle.
Write the word setting at the top.
- Identify the setting in terms of who (people)
what (animals), where (places), and when (times) in the story.
-
To write a full description
of the who, what, where, and when's, create additional circles or
boxes to fill in as much detail as possible.
